1. Check-in and Check-out times at hotels would be as per hotel policies. There are generally pre-decided as per operation schedules.Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
2. The return of cancelled Air/Train Ticket is subjected to the Airlines/Railway authority.
3. We are fully dependent on Railway Authority for berth allocation, Food quality and Services.
4. The Coach Seat will be arranged rotation wise.
5. Please entrain and detrain of your belongings at Howrah / Sealdah / Santragachi / Kolkata / or Shalimar Station.
6. The calculating cancellation charges shall be considered from the time when advance or final receipt is received by the Office.
7. No refund in tour price will be allowed for the untraveled portion of the tour either of Sickness or any other reasons.
8. No amount deposited will be refunded in full should the tour be cancelled by the Company except in the case of cancellation of the tour company.
9. Calamities/Strike/Bandh or any other undesirable and abnormal situation. When the passenger has to pay compensation to the company@20% of the price.
10. No claim for any refund will be entertained when the passenger doesn’t arrive at the station before departure of the train for which reservation be made. In such cases, passengers may join next to the subsequent station at their own cost.
11. No claim will be entertained if any amount found lying deposited with the company after 6 months from the date of commencement of the tour.
12. The company reserves the right to delete, change or modify the Rules as and when necessary.
13. As per Govt. Rules, passengers travelling with us are requested to carry ORIGINAL PHOTO, IDENTITY CARD with him/her (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card/Aadhaar Card.
14. The Firm accepts no responsibilities for loss or damages to any belongings of the passengers.
15. Submission of Advance Receipt is Mandatory at the time of Final Payment. 16. Minimum 6 to 10 Passengers are required for fixed departure of the tour. Otherwise tour date may be changed.
17. Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation and land arrangements, which my effect prior deposits.
